We accept returns up to 20 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned un-worn, un-washed, and un-damaged.
To initiate a return please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a list of the items you'd like to return.
Just need a different size - exchanges are free!
Once we receive your return we'll get you your refund as soon as possible (typically within 2-3 weeks) less a $7 return amount. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
* Please only send domestic returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Unfortunately we cannot provide pre-paid shipping labels for international returns. We're currently experimenting with the best way to accept returns from each country so please send us an email at email@example.com to coordinate your return or exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or other solution.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later send us an email at email@example.com to initiate an exchange or return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
